Welcome to FLIP & STEEP. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing our engineering services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Course Enrollment and Certification

  • Eligibility: Students must meet the minimum age and medical requirements specified for each course prior to enrollment.
  • Attendance: Consistent attendance and successful completion of both theoretical and practical assessments are required to obtain certification.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to dismiss any student demonstrating unsafe behavior, disregard for flight protocols, or misconduct without a refund.

2. Custom Drone Builds and Services

  • Quotations: Estimates provided via our Drone Builder or consultations are valid for 14 days and may be subject to change based on component availability.
  • Warranty: Custom builds carry a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Crash damage, pilot error, and modifications void this warranty entirely.
  • Lead Times: Build timelines are estimates. Delays in component procurement may extend project completion dates.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including course materials, curriculum outlines, designs, logos, and technical documentation, is the property of FLIP & STEEP. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

FLIP & STEEP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, services, or the operation of any drones built or serviced by our team. Aviation inherently carries risks, and pilots assume full responsibility for their flights.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Courses: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Later cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
  • Services: Deposits for custom builds and engineering services are non-refundable once component procurement has commenced.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with local aviation and business laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of FLIP & STEEP's primary operating location.
